Our amazing team and inspiring mamas

The Prenatal Series Team

We are thrilled to offer DC-area expectant moms a 7-week series of classes just for them (click here for more information and to sign up our next session)! The purpose of the series is to provide an opportunity for expectant moms to come together, form a supportive community, and learn about pregnancy- and baby-related topics. In addition to being the only series of its kind in the DC-area, this series is unique in that experts from different arenas will be in attendance at each session to provide information, answer questions, and give you the scoop on everything you need to know about pregnancy, relationships, babyhood, nutrition and more...

Our incomparable Prenatal Series experts are some of the most renowned in their respective fields (click on their names to go directly to their websites). We are beyond fortunate to have them as part of our team (click on individual or company name to get more information about them!):

Our Mamas

We are endlessly inspired by the mamas and mamas-to-be who attend our events, so full of kindness, intelligence, compassion, humor and, above all, love for their amazing children. Here are a few, and some words of wisdom...

What's the best advice you were given about motherhood?

Get out of the house at least once a day, know that your children won't go to college in diapers or sleeping with you... so don't have guilt about potty training and co- sleeping!!!

What's the best advice you can give?

Be kind and loving and patient with yourself. We do the best we can for our children. Don't beat up on yourself. Love your children with your heart , and enjoy them.
